"How You Doing?"

My son is a total flirt. He flirts and smiles with everyone he meets. He loves kids, but especially loves women and young girls. However, it's a much stronger reaction to girls. He will run after them in stores. He even has a special high-pitched squeal that only comes out around girls (and dogs, so I don't know what that means.)
