Jack is very ill. He has a bad case of "sticker face." Symptoms include big smiles, lots of giggles, and an adorable face you can't help but love.

Wow, I've never seen anyone with such a severe case of sticker face. I hope he pulls through (eventually).
It looks serious!
If your kid is going to be sick, "sticker face" is definitely the way to go.
